Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note: Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it is not eligible for a refund or cancellation. We only accept returns or provide refunds for shipped items if they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mayjam.store

  1. Request: Email us to notify us of your return.

  2. Ship: Once your return is acknowledged, you will be responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label and sending the package to the address provided in our reply.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. In these instances, your order is eligible for a refund or replacement. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

In addition to orders already in transit, certain types of goods cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please Note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
